How much do I have to pay to use ChartAI?
You can use ChartAI's basic service completely free. No payment, no credit card required. Start with a 14-day free trial.
Are the paid plans better than the free version?
Yes! Paid plans offer unlimited recordings, enhanced templates, faster processing, and more features at a minimum.
How much will it cost to use advanced features?
Pro plans start at $199/month for 1-3 users. Annual billing gives you 2 months free. Visit our pricing page for full details.
What's my commitment?
None! We don't do contracts. Once you start using ChartAI, you'll wonder how you ever worked without it. Simply cancel anytime.
What if I don't like ChartAI?
Simply cancel your subscription; it won't renew the following billing period. For yearly subscriptions, you'll have access until the end of your pre-paid period.

How does the app produce chart notes?
A sophisticated AI records patient interactions, filters out ambient noise, transcribes entire conversations, and distills that into meaningful chart notes.
How accurate are the chart notes?
After extensive testing, our accuracy rate exceeds 96.2%. You're also always in control and can edit or delete anything, anytime!
Can ChartAI recognize dental terminology?
Yes, that is its core function. ChartAI is trained specifically on dental-specific terminology and clinical language.
Will ChartAI track informed consent?
Yes! We even record patient consent for the recording itself.
Do I have to set up menus or templates?
No. Just log in, click "New Chart", select a template, and you're done. No configuration needed.
Do you support languages other than English?
Chart notes are always delivered in English, but patient interactions can be recorded in any language. Best support: Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish. Good support: Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic, Hebrew.
Using ChartAI
How do I start using ChartAI?
Sign up at app.chartai.ai — no download needed for desktop (requires microphone). iPhone users can download from the Apple App Store. Android users access the mobile web app via browser.
How easy is it to use?
Simply enter your patient name, tap "Start Recording Now," and press "Stop" when you're done. It's that easy!
Do I need to train ChartAI to understand my voice?
No! We automatically adjust to your unique voice and any accent you might have.
How do I get the best results?
Make sure your microphone is placed within eyesight of where you're speaking. The closer the better. Place your phone in your shirt pocket with the microphone facing up, and speak clearly.
Can I use the desktop dashboard only?
Yes, if your desktop has a microphone. The desktop dashboard lets you edit chart notes, process with different templates, and manage your charts.
Devices
Which devices are compatible with ChartAI?
Any device with Internet access and a browser is compatible. We recommend using Chrome. Access via app.chartai.ai.
Do I need to buy any special equipment?
No. Just use the phone you already have — or your desktop if it has a mic.
I have a very noisy office. Will ChartAI work?
Yes. Phone microphones with noise-cancelling technology typically suffice. External microphones are recommended for open-plan offices.

Is patient data secure with ChartAI?
We use advanced cryptography to encrypt all patient data, ensuring it remains secure during storage and transmission.
Is ChartAI PIPEDA compliant?
Yes! We are fully compliant with Canadian Privacy laws including PIPEDA and PHIPA.
Integration
Can I integrate ChartAI with my existing dental software?
With the Ultimate plan, we integrate with most Dental PMS. In other packages, you can export data with one-click from the desktop dashboard, or a simple cut and paste from your smartphone.
Does ChartAI support multiple users?
Yes. Create separate accounts per practitioner or share one account with all team members.
